ABOUT EMILY MIREAULT

Photography has always been part of my life.
I grew up with a camera constantly around. My parents and grandparents documented everything. Birthday parties, ski trips, Disney vacations, all of it. Because of that, I learned early on how much moments matter, especially the ones you don't think twice about at the time.
So when I started spending time with friends, bringing a camera with me just felt natural.
What started as capturing everyday moments turned into senior photos, then events, then weddings, and eventually grew into a full-fledged business as a professional photographer.
Today, I focus on corporate event photography, where I get to combine that instinct for capturing moments with fast-paced, people-centered environments. I love being in rooms where things are happening and you have to read the energy, anticipate what's next, and connect with people quickly.
The ability to connect has shaped more than just my photography.
I'm someone who thrives on relationships, communication, and being a part of something in motion. I enjoy meeting new people, building rapport, and understanding what makes individuals and teams tick. Whether I'm working with clients, collaborating on a project, or simply starting a conversation, I bring energy, passion, and a genuine interest in people.
Outside of work, I'm a mom of two living on a hobby farm in Minnesota. Life is full and a little chaotic in the best way. I love to bake, I laugh a lot, and I'll admit that social media is my guilty pleasure.
Working with me means working with someone who is dependable, outgoing, and will make sure to document you in your element.
